Complaints are a part of everyday life. However, how they are handled and reviewed can lead to different outcomes! This course is intended to support schools and governing bodies in managing formal complaints received at the school.
Following the launch of the new ESCC model complaints policy and procedures and the complaints toolkit, this course is to support governors through the stage 2 (Investigation) and stage 3 (Governing Board Review Panel) processes.
The course will include discussion, debate and scenarios for governors to consider.
