On this course participants will look at methods to effectively manage the process of an allegation against a colleague or themselves.
This training is NOT designed for representatives from HR/Personnel from any setting/agency. It is ONLY for those professionals who are DIRECTLY involved in the management of allegations (which for Education settings include: Governors, Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, and DSL's)

Maximum Delegates
Due to limited places, only 1 delegate from each establishment will be able to join the course. Additional delegates from same organisation will go on the waiting list and at course close, if places available, be given a place.
Preparation and Follow Up
Before attending any ESSCP training course, participants must attend a Basic Signs and Indicators Child Protection course provided/commissioned by their own organisation or have accessed the Safeguarding Children and Young People online e-learning training course. To complete this course go to the e-learning section on the East Sussex Learning Portal, enter the Children’s Workforce channel and click Safeguarding.
