Course description

Currently 35% of staff at ESCC are aged between 45- 55. National Stats show that people in this age group are balancing work with a number of other commitments. Often, when life is busy we do not find the time to care for our own wellbeing.

During wellbeing week we want to invite you to take an hour out to focus on what you might need. This one-hour talk is delivered by leading UK experts on all matters of midlife and work with many global and national organisations. The focus will be on how midlife can be the best time of our lives and how to support ourselves during the transition.

We are hoping there will also be an opportunity to join these sessions as a webinar.  Please contact for more details on how to join.

This talk will be delivered by RDP International. Katie Day and Dr Roger Prentis have delivered many workshops for ESCC on the menopause and midlife with fantastic feedback.
